1. No Refunds on Digital Products
All sales of digital products, including but not limited to credit packs, downloadable content, and one-time purchases, are final. Due to the immediate access nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds once the purchase is completed.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a subscription term.
3. Exceptions
In the event of a technical error (e.g., double billing), please contact our support team immediately at support@CertlyAI.com. We will investigate and issue a refund if a billing error is confirmed.
4. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks will result in the immediate suspension and termination of your account.
